Please schedule a pre-mediation conference, in addition to the mediation itself. Pre-mediation conferences should be scheduled at least two weeks before the mediation session, to allow everyone time to prepare properly for a productive mediation. Tuesdays are reserved for pre-mediation conferences.

Mediations can be scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I schedule one mediation per day. As a rule, I schedule mediations to begin at 9 a.m. and end at noon, but recognizing that many cases need more than three hours to resolve, my calendar will be open for the entire day.

Please email me directly if you need for any reason to schedule a mediation on a Friday; while I like to keep my Fridays open, I can probably make it work.
